WynPUF® XH-2837 is non-hydrolyze silicone surfactant, designed specially for TDI or T/M based HR molded foam applications.

XH-2837 is high potency surfactant, not only have high bulk stability but also provide good stable for flow ability.
So, the foam produced with this surfactant has better skin and sub-skin.
Even at low use-levels, resulting in fine, uniform cell structure
Suitable for TDI or T/M mold foam formulations. In some MDI system with higher
water level, XH 2837 with less level can also has better performance.
XH-2837 has very low VOC and fogging value, and it ’s free of phthalate can meet the demand of car industry.

Levels of Use (additive as supplied):
Usually suitable for TDI and T/M system, and it suggested use-levels range from 0.4-1.0 parts per hundred polyol. In some MDI system, the dosage can be 0.3-0.5.
Package and storage stability：
190 kg drums or 1000kg IBC
WynPUF® XH-2837 should, if possible, be stored at room temperature. Under these conditions and in original sealed drums, has a shelf-life of 24 months.
