Introduction
WynPUF® XH-2890 is non-hydrolize surfactant stabilizer，it’s developed to meet
the critic demand about the low volatile of organic silicon compound.
Advange:
Super lower volatile of organic silicon compound ， can easily meet the
demand form IKEA and car industry about the remains of D3, D4, D5 in the
finial polyurethane product..
High potency surfactant stabilizer, wider processing latitude, the foam from
it has good breathability and good hand feeling. The surfactant can be used
for the production of density from 10 kg/m3 to 50 kg/m3 with suitable
formulation and machine.
The foam from it has narrow density degree.

Application
WynPUF® XH-2890 is recommended to the production of polyurethane
foam ,the correct dosage in the formulation is depend on the density range,
the temperature of raw material and machine.

The shelf life is 24 months under the sealed conditions and environment
temperature is lower 40℃.
