Product Description:
Wet 5300 is a silicone-free substrate wetting additive with low foaming tendency. It is highly suitable for water borne coatings in dynamic applications.The unique combination of active components offers outstanding advantages over traditional wetting agents:it exhibits excellent low-foaming properties and can quickly migrate to the surface of the liquid.

Application:
1.Pressure sensitive adhesive industry
WET-5300 can enhance the wetting performance of aqueous dispersions on difficult to wet substrates,and is suitable for various pressure-sensitive adhesive products under high dynamic conditions.
2.Polymer lotion system
WET-5300 is used for formulation and application of polymer dispersion/lotion with fillers and pigments, such as paper coating system.
3.Metal processing fluid
WET-5300 improves the wetting and spreading properties of fully synthetic and semi synthetic water-based metal working fluids(MWF); At the same time,it has excellent dispersion ability for fine aluminum shavings.
4.Other industrial scenarios
Various industrial applications that require the elimination of adverse interface interactions between substrates and coatings
Suggested amount to add:
This product can be directly added to the dispersion system as the original solution; It can also be diluted before use,and the dilution effect is better according to the production equipmen conditions;
The amount of addition fluctuates greatly with the application scenario,ranging from 0.1% to 1.0%;
Suggest conducting a small-scale screening first,with an initial recommended addition of 0.3%.
Package and storagest ability：
Available in 25kg plastic drum,200kg iron drum
When not in use,the product should be stored in a container and kept tightly sealed to ensure product quality. The storage period is 24 months from the production date.
The product should be stored at normal room temperature and avoid prolonged exposure to extremely hot and cold environments.

This product is neither tested nor represented as suitable for medical or pharmaceutical uses.
