Product Description:
This product is a polyether siloxane composite substrate wetting agent, 100% active
substance, solvent-freelow foaming surfactant.Has excellent substrate wetting and
flowleveling properties in water-based coatings and inks.
Key Features and Benefits:
Balancing the reduction of static and dynamic surface tension,the wetting ability
of thin films and other low surface energy substrates is extremely strong;
Low foaming system, printing/high-speed coating is not prone to producing
pinholes, shrinkage holes,and fish eyes;
Enhance ink transfer,coating spreading,improve leveling,and eliminate wetting
defects in films, PE, PP, and PET.

Application:
Water based flexographic/gravure ink (preferred for PET, BOPP, PE plastic film printing)
Water based industrial coatings, wood coatings,plastic coatings,paper coating liquids
Water based ink jet ink, digital printing ink
Water based industrial cleaning solution, low surface energy substrate degreasing wetting solution
Suggested amount to add:
Water based ink:0.1-0.5%
Water based coatings/coating liquids: 0.05-0.4%
Industrial cleaning system:0.2-1.0%
Package and storage stability:
Available in 200kg drums and 25kg plastic containers.
When not in use,the product should be stored in a container and kept tightly sealed to ensure product quality.The storage period is 24months from the production date.
