WynPUF® XH-2900、XH-2908 surfactant stabilizer

WynPUF® XH-2900, XH-2908 are non- hydrolyze surfactant for polyurethane foam, suitable for MDI based visco-elastic system.

Advange:

• XH-2900, XH-2908 are used in MDI based visco-elastic PU system as dual surfactant. XH-2908 provides foam with closed tight cell structure, increasing the foam’s crosslinking density, on the other hand, XH-2900 provides foam with opened and fine cell structure, Adjusting the amount of these two surfactants, we can easily get the foam with very fine cell structure and very low compression set.
• In the formulation we recommend the dosage of XH-2900 is 0.6-1.5 and XH-2908 is 1.0-3.0.

- The shelf life is 24 months under the sealed conditions and environment temperature is lower 40℃.
