Product Description:
WynPUF® XH-2580 is a non-hydrolyzable silicone surfactant, designed to provide excellent foam stability and fine regular cell structure in polyurethane flexible foam. It has full hydrolytic stability and can be used as a separate stream or in water/amine/ silicone pre-blends. XH-2580 offers enhanced stability while yielding foams with good breathability.

Levels of Use (additive as supplied):
WynPUF® XH-2580 is recommended for conventional flexible foam. The detail dosage in the formulation depends on several parameters. For example, density, the temperature of the raw material and the machine conditions.
Package and storage stability:
200 kg drums or 1000kg IBC
XH-2580 should, if possible, be stored at room temperature. Under these conditions and in original sealed drums, has a shelf-life of 24 months.
