Silicone for Polyurethane Foam

Product Description:
WynPUF^® XH-2902 is a non-hydrolyzable silicone surfactant for polyurethane flexible foam.

• XH-2902 is low potency surfactant, with very wide processing latitude.
• XH-2902 can be used for high density flexible foam, usually the density range is 40-80 kg/m3 and also can be used in visco-elastic foam.
• The foam from XH-2902 has better breathability and very small density difference.

Typical properties:
Appearance：Straw-color clear liquid
Viscosity at 25°C：50-200 cst 
Density@25℃：1.01±0.02 g /cm3
Water content：<0.2%

Levels of Use (additive as supplied):  
XH-2902 is recommended for Polyurethane flexible foam. The detail dosage in the formulation depends on several parameters. For example, density, the temperature of the raw material and the machine conditions.

Package and storage stability:
200 kg drums or 1000kg IBC 
XH-2902 should, if possible, be stored at room temperature. Under these conditions and in original sealed drums, has a shelf-life of 24 months.
