WynPUF®XH-2585 is a non-hydrolyzable silicone surfactant which is suitable for
flexible polyurethane foam production.

XH-2585 is silicon carbon bond structure product, it can still keep stable when it’s dissolved in water during the production;
XH-2585 is a high potency surfactant, even in the 10kg/m3 formulation, it can still provide ideal stability,and emulsification, that’s mean, the foamer can produce even as low as 10kg/m3 foam with this surfactant.

Levels of Use(additive as supplied):
WynPUF®XH-2585 is recommended for conventional flexible foam.The detail dosage
in the formulation depends on several parameters. Forexample, density, the temperature of the raw material and the machine conditions.
Package and storage stability：
200kg drums or 1000kg IBC
WynPUF®XH-2585 should, if possible,be stored at room temperature.Under these conditions and in original sealed drums, has a shelf-life of 24 months.
