Applications

Siemtcoat® EM 5503, a safe and environmentally friendly emulsion-based silicone release coating, can be widely applied to paper, PET film, etc. Its applications span across the following fields:

- Baking processing of food

- Various transparent labels, etc.

Shelf Life

It should be storage in a closed container at 10°C to +30°C.

Standard shelf-life is 12 months. The expired day is marked on label for each drum.

Remark

Emulsion type silicones only have two components: Base Polymer+Catalyst, no need of Cross-linker.

Emulsion type silicones should be agitated thoroughly before use.

Emulsion type silicones may freeze at low temperatures, so users in colder regions should take special care with regard to storage.

Emulsion type silicones should be storage in a closed container at 10°C to +30°C temperature.
