Solventless Silicone Release Coating SF 180MR

SF180MR is a special design for paper substrate, such as Glassine PEK, CCK ,etc. It’s a high-speed and low misting product, coating speed is significantly improved, suitable for 5 or 6 rolls coating. The traditional SF300 silicone release coating is suitable for the coating speed below 350m/min. With the improvement of the coating efficiency by the market, should consider the low misting and physical properties more comprehensively. The below properties of SF300 and SF180MR is for your reference.

surface to curing and achieved the target release profile.
