China’s National Holiday, also known as National Day. Is celebrated annually on October 1st, a public holiday to commemorate the founding and prosperity of the People’s Republic of China. The 7-day holiday from Oct. 1st to 7th is called 'Golden Week', during which a large number of Chinese people go traveling around the country. Given the considerable distance that remote employees have to traverse to reunite with their loved ones during the Spring Festival. The two-day National Day holiday, originally set for October 6th and 7th has been adjusted to align with the New Year holidays. So we will be on holiday China National Day from Oct. 1st to 5th.
